Star Wars - Luke (R2) - A Chance Encounter

The fifth and final keyframe in this series of illustrations, this is where we find out why Luke was so cautions in the third image. Luke's path is blocked by a squadron of Stormtroopers. Luke has lit his lightsaber while the Stormtroopers react to his presence. I'm still unhappy with the warping of the Stormtrooper armor caused by the combination of poses and weightmapping; I'm just not sure it can be fixed without causing other problems with the fit of the armor. This image only needed a touch of postwork to enhance the aura of the lightsaber blade; everything else was accomplished in render.
