Avonlea - Amidst Aspens 2015

This is an early favorite in the evolution of this character. A concept illustration from the proposed web comic, Child of Paradox, featuring Avonlea, the protagonist. 

I spent the week spanning the end of May and beginning of June 2015 devoted to the creation of photopaintings; what usually gets tagged as photomanip but what I think of as painting with photos and renders. I had a habit of saving scenes I loved on sight while browsing online and of making nice test renders of new character designs in DAZ, so it was inevitable that I would think of combining the two and seeing the result.
