In 2013 I finally hit my stride in 3D graphics using the DAZ platform. Starting at that same time, I've been tempted to take a stab at becoming a Published Artist, providing products for the DAZ store. The first real attempt in that direction was the creation of a completely new materials set for the DAZ Originals product Stinger. In the process of test rendering the materials, I noticed the model lacked an inner surface for the upper half of the cabin space, so I cooked one up in Hexagon and added a weave texture to cover up some of the rough edges around the windows. You can see the difference, comparing the top three with the middle six cabin shots.
There are additional steps ahead, presenting these images, along with a few new ones, to DAZ. We'll see what happens over the next month or so...
