For about a week, I've been focused on updating my Granite Emerald Mountain series with new, custom highland styled shaders. I'll be posting the updated mountains in a bit, but I also created some new terrain. This scene uses a small bay on an island I created, and finished the materials on first. For an added touch, I created a custom fog shader that has SSS and Refraction volumetrics. Avonlea's armor also received updates, and the hair was re-rigged to allow poseable movement. The scene uses two smaller terrain crops and a geometry shell to control resolution and blending of shaders, to correct for resolution limits in the materials at full scale.
